James A. Evans
Senior Program Manager
Jim Evans, a Senior Program Manager, is responsible for DST —Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) contracts and the Program Manager Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems support contract in Sierra Vista, AZ. Jim joined DST in January 1995 and has over 35 years of experience in planning, acquiring and operating telecommunications and information systems. He holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T; State University. Jim is a retired US Air Force Colonel with 28 years of service and is a member of Rotary International.
