DST performs a wide range
of technical assistance and support services that include
planning, conducting, evaluating, and reporting of C4I systems
testing to include operational testing, standards compliance
and interoperability testing. DST provides expertise on the
technical and operational characteristics of selected joint
and combined C4I tactical and strategic systems. We also support
the analysis of, and or test and evaluation of, joint and
combined architectures and standards.
DST provides program management in every area from resource
planning and reporting to preparing technical proposals. DST
provides continuous engineering and technical support to interoperability
and operational test and evaluation. DST plans, coordinates,
executes, and reports on a wide variety of test and evaluation
efforts. DST also conducts research and develops proposals
to develop new and upgraded test facilities.
