Dennis M. Conlon
Program Controller

Dennis M. Conlon was hired by DST in June 2001 as the Program Controller. In this role he is responsible for preparation of direct and indirect budgets, administration and assistance in all audits, accounting operations and internal reviews/audits. Dennis joined DST in 2001 with extensive knowledge and experience in contracts administration, finance, and accounting, with 10 years with the US Military/Civil Service in the budgeting/accounting functions and 20 years in the commercial Government contracts world. His experience in the commercial world includes over 14 years with ManTech International, Inc. as a contracts administrator/finance manger and over three years with Cabaco, Inc. as their controller. Dennis has over three years of college with an A.A.S. in Business Management, majoring in accounting, and has extensive knowledge in military budgeting, accounting, and contracting.
